Skin Delight Cebu ("the clinic", "we") operates this website and a private clinic system used by clinic staff. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it is protected, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Information we collect
- Website visitors: we do not collect personal information through this website. To see how many people visit and how fast the pages load, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors. The map on the page is provided by Google Maps, so your browser loads it from Google (Google's privacy policy applies), and contacting us through Facebook Messenger is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
- Clinic clients: when you register at the clinic we record the details you provide (name, contact details, birthdate, relevant medical notes and allergies), your signed consent (including an image of your signature), the treatments you receive, and your payments (amount, method, reference number and, when one is taken, a photo of the payment slip or confirmation), so we can care for you safely and keep accurate records. If you ask for a booking online, we record your name, mobile number, the service and time you ask for, and any note you add.
- Clinic staff: the staff system records each staff member's attendance (clock-in and clock-out times, with a photo taken at the time clock or a written reason when no photo is taken), a personal 4-digit PIN (kept only as a scrambled copy that nobody can read), work schedule, leave, monthly attendance reviews (lates, strikes and the signed slips that go with them), sales and commissions, and daily rate and payslips, for payroll and clinic management. Staff who choose face clock-in, with their signed consent, also have a face print stored: a list of numbers that describes the face (not a photo), used only to recognize them when they clock in. It is compared only inside the clinic's database, cannot be viewed or downloaded by anyone, and is deleted when they withdraw consent or leave the clinic. Face clock-in is optional; staff can always use their name and PIN instead.
How we use it
- To provide treatments safely and keep required client records.
- To manage bookings, payments, and receipts.
- To run the clinic (staff attendance, commissions, reporting).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the secure service providers that host our systems, or when the law requires.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Clinic records are stored in a secured cloud database (Supabase) on servers in Singapore. Photos and signature images may be kept in Cloudflare's storage on servers in the Asia-Pacific region, and the website and clinic system are hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare. The clinic remains responsible for protecting your information while these providers host it. Only the clinic owner and one shared front-desk account can sign in to the clinic system; staff confirm who they are at the front desk with their face (if they chose face clock-in) or their PIN. Each person sees only what their job requires: for example, staff see only their own payslips, leave and attendance reviews, and attendance photos can be viewed only by the clinic owner.
How long we keep it
- Attendance photos are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Face prints are deleted when a staff member withdraws consent or leaves the clinic.
- Client records, consent forms and payment records are kept as clinic records for as long as needed for your care and as required by law.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may ask to view, correct, or delete your personal records, or withdraw consent for future processing. If you feel your concern was not handled properly, you may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
